Working Through Trauma (may need to change)

Thank you for being here, my name is Erin Marie Keigher

I support individuals as a personal development and leadership coach, with a background in trauma  counseling and spiritual teachings, I guide and support individuals with gaining insight and a deeper holistic understanding of themselves. I blend psychological self-awareness and spiritual exploration, weaving in wisdom from my own healing journey and therapeutic experiences—my sessions invite deep introspection and meaningful self-discovery.

At Authentic Healing and Counseling, I offer Psychotherapy sessions and personalized Coaching bundles designed to support individuals and families. My specialities include: pre-teen, and teenagers (i have extensive experience working with youth that are neurodivergent, empaths, and high functioning autistic teens), individuals embarking on their healing and self discovery journey and Grief and Loss.

I am excited to be co-facilitating with Authentic Healing and Counseling both domestic and international retreats, that blend therapy, self-exploration, nature, and adventure! These retreats provide participants with a unique opportunity to look inward, heal, and grow in transformative environments.

Whether through one-on-one sessions, coaching bundles, or an immersive retreat in the West Texas desert, or other serene natural settings, I am thankful to be here, supporting you along the path to peace.

My path of healing and wellness started in 2008 with a life changing personal development workshop, from there I embarked on my yoga teacher journey and travel with service for others. My philanthropic work and path has taken me to Thailand, Colombia, Kenya, Uganda, Panama, England, and Ireland, each heart expanding experience shaping my approach to healing, connection, and human resilience.

I am an Irish-American who has traveled extensively, living and working within communities, immersing myself in different cultures, dedicating my efforts to philanthropy supporting children and families, and community needs. I have resided in Austin Texas (on and off) since 2005, with my most cathartic place being far West Texas, near Big Bend National Park. I consider myself a global citizen— I am here on this planet, at this time, having my human experience to help others, help you navigate life with greater ease and understanding.  I am currently wrapping up an MS in Counseling to become an LPC Licensed Professional Counselor

“If you do follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. Follow your bliss and don’t be afraid, and doors will open where you didn’t know they were going to be.”
