Come grow and learn with Steven Hayes LCSW who has worked with clients both inpatient and outpatient to develop new skills, tackle old issues many living with bipolar disorder encounter daily. In this group, you will learn how to use mindfulness to reduce the symptoms of BPD, increase distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. We cover topics such as medication management, developing and maintaining meaningful relationships and as any good group does, help with building a support system.
