“I meet people where they are, to get to where they want to be” as Psychotherapist, Executive Coach, Career Transition Coach or an ADHD/Autism Life Coach. Helping people recover from Addictions, Anxiety, Trauma, Identity or Family of Origin. A Leader, presenter and facilitator for individuals and organizational transformations while achieving goals. Working with individuals to actualize their authentic and whole self. We accomplish this through coaching, training aids, groups, programs and tools and for organizations building a coaching and mentoring culture. Frequent Intensives include The BraveHeart Experience, Mankind Projects New Warrior Training Adventure, and AHC’s Mature Masculinity.

Before beginning therapy and coaching practice, Bryant spent 25 years as a Technology and Communications Manager in professional roles creating teams, systems and processes for Fortune 100 Technology and Oil & Gas. Bryant worked with creatives, operations and lead international organizations. Bryant began developing coaching acumen while working at the Corporate level in Project Management and Leadership Development programs. 15 years of Personal Leadership programs helped hone authentic practices with people from diverse backgrounds and continues today.

Bryant believes that deep personal work unblocks great power that influences the self, immediate circles and professional life. By actualizing your authentic self, you raise everyone and the initiatives around you to their higher selves infusing them with passion and conviction.

Change and transition happen constantly in our increasingly faster paced lives. We do not have the luxury to prepare exhaustively for our next moves that we had 10 years ago. Our work together helps to bridge transitions and life events, accelerates growth, removes obstacles, and focuses on continuously building upon your core values and strengths. “Change is a great opportunity to create a new origin story for yourself I am here to help you shape a winning one.”

“Look around, notice the mentors and coaches who have already helped you to get where you are today. Be proactive, build your team! Act on what you want and need to succeed, get a team in your corner.”

Bryant enjoys road & mountain biking, beach volleyball and the occasional triathlon, international traveler, reads and spends time with his wife and sons and can be found generally in Austin or Houston Texas, wherever great live music can be found.

Walk & Talk, or Mountain Bike coaching

Coaching just like brainstorming, accessing the creativity inside and around you is not limited to a room full of whiteboards, boardrooms or the research facility. Accessing your intellect, intuition, and generativity can be done through exploration anywhere and anytime. Some of the best ideas came about in bars, coffee shops, atop a mountain after a climb, 6 mile hike, a 20 mile mountain bike ride or just a few miles of walking and conversation.

Humans access their thoughts in multiple ways. The process of walking, for instance, triggers bilateral stimulation. The left and right step, or bilateral motion, is a conduit for improved connection with oneself and in discussion with your another. Notice professionals on a phone conference pacing the halls with their Bluetooth headsets on. The motion facilitates better access to your brain, consciousness and thought stimulation. For a bit more in-depth, see Gina’s comments in the Walk and Talk Therapy section of her page.

Let’s tap into your greatness.
