We all have stories that we can’t quite explain, but these are threads we can tug at, as we inherit the wisdom of our deeper selves, uncover greater truths, and navigate through our personal life journeys.

I primarily use humanistic therapy, which is a type of therapy that emphasizes the point of view of the client and allows them to take an active role in their treatment. In addition to this style of therapy, I also use CBT, and mindfulness therapies. Through these modalities I’ll use in our work together, I implore you to step into the wholeness of who you are – a more empowered version of yourself.

I bring a vast array of professional and personal experiences to his work. I was born in Germany, grew up in France, lived in Mexico, and made Houston, Texas, my home in 1995.  In France, I worked in construction, served in the military, and was a police officer. In Mexico, I sold educational materials and taught French. As a college student in Houston, Texas, I worked for a while as a tutor in a private high school for teenagers whose behavior had resulted in their being expelled from public schools. After receiving my BBA, he accumulated over 20 years of Houston, Texas-based corporate accounting, and finance experience in the context of small firms, mid-sized companies, and multi-billion-dollar multinational corporations.

I bring the depth and range of his experience to my work and continue to be a life-long student.
