Gina Baiamonte, Founder/Owner received her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston, University Park in Humanities and Fine Art.  She received additional training at the University of San Antonio, working on her Master’s in Fine Arts – painting, Studio Arts International Florence, Italy and University of South Florida in Tampa.  She went on to receive her Master’s in Clinical Counseling at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho and practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor,  Chemical Dependency Counselor, Trauma and Certified Trauma Counselor.

Gina received additional training at the EMDR Institute (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a therapy that helps many people find relief from stress, is currently practiced by the military for our veterans with PTSD and used to alleviate a multitude of mental health issues.  This healing happens by getting to the root cause, using unconditional positive regard, resolving negative core beliefs and replacing them with healthier thinking patterns.


Deborah G. Feinsilver MS, LMFT, LPC

Deborah Feinsilver received her Bachelors in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.She later pursued a masters degree in psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas where she specialized in marriage and family therapy. Deborah trained and worked at Houston Galveston Institute, a non-profit organization, known for its groundbreaking work in collaborative language systems therapy. She was a part of several therapeutic research programs one resulting in her co-authoring a chapter for Collaborative Therapy: Relationships and Conversations that Make a Difference.” Currently Deborah practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Recently trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Deborah believes that this therapy modality is a vital means for discovering life themes that are not working for us in order that we can replace them with new ones that promote growth and strength. The only therapy protocol approved by the United States military for the treatment of trauma, EMDR has been successful in the treatment for a wide range of therapeutic needs.

Shay Phillips received my Master of Social Work degree from Our Lady of the Lake University of San Antonio, Texas  and specializes in Strength Based Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and family systems therapy;  focusing on one’s internal strengths, positive aspects, becoming more aware of one’s inner resources, examining the family dynamics and how one’s own behavior/emotional connections affect the present .  Shay believes people have many problem solving skills within them but at  times it is helpful for someone else to listen, remind and awaken those dormant skills within by support and coaching.  For Shay, therapy starts with the person, where the person is, what they are able to perceive, and working together towards goals to enhance life.

Elizabeth Malcolm, MEd, LPC, received her undergraduate degree in Education, Major in Administration, from The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Her graduate degree, MEd in Counseling, was conferred upon her, by The University of Houston and her Diploma in Education, with a Physical Education Major, from Corinth Teacher’s College. She worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the decision to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a therapist; something she believes she was born to do.

Bryant Packard is an Executive, Career Transition & ADHD Life Coach and Neurofeedback provider. He has been a leader, presenter and facilitator, assisting individuals, groups and organizations to achieve outstanding goals and transformations, removing obstacles while building wholehearted lives. He is currently pursuing Masters in Science from Our Lady of the Lake University Houston, in Internship. Neurofeedback is used to optimize the brains potential, and to reach optimal performance for execs and professionals. Empowerment through coaching and enabling individuals and groups to uncover their authentic and then actualizing their whole self. This is accomplished through individual coaching, training aids, teams, programs and tools including building a coaching and mentoring culture.
